Building a Bangkok session volume baseline
Take twenty recent sessions of one instrument. For each hour bucket, note typical range and typical activity. Ignore the first day you look; you are collecting a floor, not a story.
When a later bar shouts, you now have a neighbourhood to compare it with. A spike at the London open may be ordinary. The same height at 11:30 ICT on a quiet Tuesday is not.
We keep the worksheet on paper so students cannot outsource the average to an overlay they do not understand. After three Thursdays most people can sketch the shape of their own session from memory.
