Terms of attendance

These terms apply to Toolkit Pilotpoint Academy, 79/10 Soi Bangkradee Thonbiri-Pakthor Road Samaedam, Bangkok 10150, operating toolkitpilotpoint.click. They cover classroom courses, labs, clinics, and one-to-one chart reviews. They do not cover brokerage, software licences, or live trading services, which we do not offer.

What you purchase

You purchase a seat in a named sitting, or a booked review slot, as confirmed in writing by the desk. Fees stated on course pages are informational until the desk confirms a place. Payment is completed off this website.

Education only

Instruction is educational. Charts used in class are for marking practice. Nothing on the site or in the room is personal investment advice, a solicitation to trade, or a performance claim. You remain responsible for your own market activity outside class.

Attendance

Arrive in time for desk assignment. Seats are not transferable without the desk’s written agreement. Recording of sessions is not permitted. Printed packs issued in the room remain yours; projector files are not distributed as a substitute for attendance.

Conduct

The room is limited to twelve for group sittings. Disruptive behaviour, harassment, or using class time to solicit trades from other students may end the sitting without a replacement seat.

Changes by the academy

If an instructor is ill or the studio cannot open, we will offer a new date or a refund according to the refund page. We may substitute an instructor of equivalent role.

Liability

To the extent allowed under Thai law, we are not liable for trading losses, missed market moves, or decisions you take after class. Our liability for a sitting is limited to the fee paid for that sitting.
