Privacy notice

Toolkit Pilotpoint Academy (“we”) collects only what we need to answer seat requests and to run classroom sittings at 79/10 Soi Bangkradee, Samaedam, Bangkok 10150.

Information we collect

From the contact form: name, email, optional telephone, sitting requested, and your note. From enrolment: attendance, which pack you were issued, and payment references handled off-site. We do not collect trading account numbers or portfolio holdings unless you voluntarily attach charts for a review, in which case those files are used only for that appointment.

Why we use it

To reply to requests, confirm seats, reschedule, issue refunds, and send follow-up homework comments for the sitting you attended. We do not sell lists or share student details with brokers.

Cookies

See the cookie notice. A preference key may be stored locally if you accept or reject optional cookies. Pages remain usable if you reject.

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months. Enrolment records and homework comments are kept up to 36 months unless a longer period is required for accounting. Chart files sent for reviews are deleted within 90 days after the appointment unless you ask us to keep them for a follow-up.

Access

Transfers

The site is static. Form submissions are processed as described on the contact page. We do not operate a student app or cloud trading terminal.
