Refunds and missed sittings

These rules apply to seats in the Volume Price Analysis Course, the Effort versus Result Lab, the Session Volume Clinic, and Chart Annotation Reviews booked with Toolkit Pilotpoint Academy at 79/10 Soi Bangkradee, Samaedam, Bangkok 10150. We do not sell recorded video libraries, physical goods for delivery, or software subscriptions; those models are omitted here.

Eligibility

A refund is available for a confirmed sitting if you write to desk@toolkitpilotpoint.click or telephone 02 452 1890 before the sitting starts, subject to the timeframes below. Informal messages to instructors in the room are not a request until the desk confirms receipt.

Timeframe

Full refund of the fee paid for that sitting if we receive the request at least seven full days before the first evening of a multi-session course, or at least five full days before a Saturday lab, a clinic evening, or a review appointment. Requests inside those windows are treated as late cancellations.

Full and partial refunds

On-time cancellations receive a full refund of the sitting fee. Late cancellations receive 50% of the sitting fee if we can fill the seat from the waiting list before the start time; otherwise the fee is retained. If you attend any evening of a five-session course, remaining unused evenings are not refunded as cash; we may, at the desk’s discretion, move you once to a later cohort for those unused evenings only.

Non-refundable items

Printed annotation booklets, rulers, and sealed chart packs issued at the door are not returnable once unsealed. Their listed value is not refunded separately; it is part of the sitting. Follow-up homework comments already written are not refundable.

Process

Email the desk with your name, the sitting title and date, and whether you want a refund or a move to a later diary date. We confirm in writing. Bank-transfer refunds use the same account name you paid from, unless you provide different instructions that we can verify.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are sent within ten working days of confirmation. Method matches the original payment (cash receipt at the studio, or bank transfer). We do not process card checkout on this website.

Cancellation by you

You may cancel by email or phone as above. If you simply do not arrive, see no-shows.

Rescheduling

One free move to a later listed sitting of the same type is allowed if requested within the full-refund window. Later moves are treated as a late cancellation plus a new booking at the then-current fee.

Deposits

When the desk asks for a deposit to hold a twelve-seat course, that deposit is part of the sitting fee. It follows the same full-refund window. After that window it is retained if you withdraw, unless we fill the seat.

No-shows

Missing a lab, clinic evening, or review without notice forfeits the fee for that date. Missing the first evening of the core course without notice forfeits that evening; remaining evenings follow the unused-evening rule above if you contact us the next working day.

Work already started

Once a review appointment has begun, or once a sealed pack has been opened in front of you, that session is delivered. No refund for the opened pack or the elapsed time.

Materials

Unopened packs left behind after a sitting may be collected within seven days. After that they are recycled. We do not post replacement packs.

Academy cancellations

If we cancel a sitting, you receive a full refund or a move to a new date, at your choice. Travel costs are not reimbursed.
